just when you think it's not working.

so i thought 2yo didn't understand "timeout" and it was just an exercise in futility.

tonight, he's starting a freakout and daddy says "you wanna go to timeout?" and 2yo says, "you want time out?" and starts walking over to his time out step where he sits down.

we both just kinda looked at each other and then chuckled. daddy then went to talk to him about "why" he was in timeout.
